You must first have your LSUHSC credentials (username and password) so you can login as an Affiliated Login (Do not create a Guest Account)

First time parkers must select the Permit Decal plus Card option since you will need a parking card to open gates

Students moving into Perdido Place student housing should select the Perdido Place permit option; Students moving into the privately run Residences at LSU Health (615 S Johnson St) should select the commuter permit since the most convenient lot is a commuter lot

At payment method, select Bursar Student Fees so please make sure you add your parking fees to Bursar's fee bill via the Optional Fee form

Your parking packets may be picked up at Parking Services, 433 Bolivar Street Room 158
